Matt has been at Neptune Cove for nearly 5 years. He started out as a prep hand and gradually moved up through the ranks, given the titles of Garde-manger, Pastry Chef, and finally after a 3-year stint as Sous Chef, he had the opportunity of taking over as Executive Chef. He accepted the position with open arms, welcoming any challenges that came upon him.
