Matt has been at Neptune Cove for nearly 5 years. He started out as a prep hand and gradually moved up through the ranks, given the titles of Garde-manger, Pastry Chef, and finally after a 3-year stint as Sous Chef, he had the opportunity of taking over as Executive Chef. He accepted the position with open arms, welcoming any challenges that came upon him. "The role of Executive Chef has been tremendous and rewarding, both for my own personal achievements as well as for those of my very dedicated staff."
