Thursday, June 21st

The Practice Round

Practice round times are available for all tournament participants from 7:30 am until 3:00 pm. Teams are encouraged to make reservations for practice rounds on or before Tuesday, June 20th. Complimentary lunch will be available from 11:30 am to 2:30 pm on The Common adjacent to the Seashore Pub. On-course snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided throughout the event.

Team’s unable to play on the designated practice round date, may request an alternate practice round date prior to the event.

Stag Dinner & Tournament Ceremonies

  • 6:30 PM Cocktail Hour (Cash Bar)
  • 7:30 PM Dinner

Friday, June 22nd

The Tournament (Matches 1 & 2)

8:00 am (Matches 1 & 2) and 1:30 pm (Matches 1 & 2) Shotgun Starts

A full breakfast buffet will be available for all participants in the Ballroom from 6 am to 8 am. Complimentary cookout lunch will be served on The Common from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. On-course snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided throughout the event.


Saturday, June 23rd

The Tournament (Matches 3 & 4)

8:00 am (Matches 3 & 4) and 1:30 pm (Matches 3 & 4) Shotgun Starts

A full breakfast buffet will be available for all participants in the Ballroom from 6 am to 8 am. Complimentary cookout lunch will be served on The Common from 11:00 am to 2:30 pm. On-course snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided throughout the event.

The Review Putting Contest

Complimentary hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be available for players and spouses following completion of day 2 matches from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm. Dress casual for this outdoor occasion. Our live entertainment will create a relaxing environment while you wind down from a long day on the course.

Participants and spouses are encouraged to take their shot at our in-house course designer’s 5-hole putting course under the lights. The lowest 10 individual scores will qualify for the Putting Finals beginning at 6:30 pm. The putting course will be open for qualifying rounds beginning at 5:00 pm. Finals will begin at 9:00 pm.

  • Entry Fee: $10 per round
  • Cash Payouts: 1st – 50% of the pot
    • 2nd – 30% of the pot
    • 3rd – 20% of the pot

Sunday, June 24th

The Tournament (Matches 5 & 6)

8:00 am (Match 5) and 11:00 am (Match 6) Shotgun Starts

The entire field will begin play of their 5th match at 8:00 am. Following the completion of Match 5, results will be compiled and teams will be seeded for the final match. The sixth match will pit 1 vs. 2, 3 vs. 4, and 5 vs. 6. The sixth match will be a true alternate shot format. Teams will receive 25% of their combined handicap for the match. The scoring system will remain the same.

A full breakfast buffet will be available for all participants in the Ballroom from 6 am to 8 am. On-course snacks and non-alcoholic refreshments will be provided throughout the event.

The Shootout

Immediately following the completion of the final matches, flight winners will compete for a share of the Shootout purse. Flights 1 - 5 will play the 18th hole in an alternate shot format to determine the top team. Flights 6 – 10 will play the 9th hole using the same alternate shot format. Ties will be decided by a chip-off on the 9th and 18th greens. The two winners will meet on the 9th hole to compete for the title of "Champion". The overall winner and runner up will receive a portion of the shootout purse. The 2nd and 3rd place finishers in the flight producing the overall winner will move up 1 spot and receive 1st and 2nd place pool money respectively. The remaining three teams in that flight will receive $200 per team.

The Awards Presentation will immediately follow the completion of the shootout.
